Over a year?

Has it really been over a year since I’ve posted a blog?

Man..

Hi Friends!

Hope this finds you well.

Just thought I would do a quick check in to see how it’s going, and how you are doing.

ICYMI- Covid recap. We lost Kyle’s grandma in December from covid. His parents also contracted it from the caregiver that was caring for his grandma before Thanksgiving. It’s got so bad that both his mom and grandma were in the hospital for several weeks before Georgia passed away.

We moved from Covington to Auburn a year ago in what I would call my dream home. It’s everything that I’ve ever imagined.

It’s been nice to spend time with family and friends again. My parents made the trek over from Eastern Washington to spend some time with their grand-daughter. It was over a year since I’ve hugged my mom, and it was fantastic.

Kyle took to quarantine well, he loved to get out and fish when he could.

I worked on myself. Health wise.

The migraines from the accident have become much worse at times. To the point that I lose sight in my left eye. Not normal.

How I wish we were never hit that February morning.

Clearly the covid 19 hit our home. Hubs got us the Echelon Bike for Christmas, and it’s amazing. It’s the same as Peleton, same classes, same app, same scenic rides. Just less money. I’m almost to 100 rides and it’s been a total release for both of us. It’s peeling off the inches and makes us both feel stronger.

We have stayed busy with all the dogs, thinking of becoming a foster home for dogs as well. Luci is getting up there in age, where she is now blind and relies on Millie and Clark to get around. She’s become much like an infant, won’t sleep thru the night and needs to get up every few hours to go outside or get some water. I’m not complaining since she’s the OG - I’ve had her since she was 3 and she’s now 15.

Love my work, and so wrapped up in a few new projects with both TV and radio. Excited to see where this will all go.

How have you been? I really would like to hear. Please drop how you are doing in the comments below.

I promise to be on here and on the podcast more. Just working on some compelling content.
